We operate as a global collective, with specialized Venture Partners focused on key markets in NA, EU, LATAM, MENA, and APAC. This decentralized infrastructure positions us to identify authentic storytelling across borders, bridging the gap between local specificity and global commercial viability. The fund is currently in formation, with the team exploring structured financing vehicles and building a curated investor network aligned with MQ’s long-term slate strategy.

MQ was founded by Ari Elan Deshpande, a former development & acquisitions executive with experience at Netflix, Universal Pictures, John Legend’s Get Lifted Film Co. and a few start ups. True to the company’s pillars (romance, wine, and travel), Ari is also a WSET-certified sommelier and world traveler.
